Buyer/Seller Remorse: Are you ready to come to the table?

Buyer's Remorse. Sellers Remorse. Are you ready for the closing?

Sometimes Buyers and Sellers are so consumed with getting through the transaction process, it is easy to lose sight of the actual goal or reality of the purchase/sale.

Don't check your emotions at the door when you are processing through all the paperwork and lender requests. Continue to imagine what life will be like in your new environs. Are you moving to a new state? Spend some time thinking through what you will need and where to find services.

Go to the town hall and introduce yourself. Check out the nearest hospital and connect with possible doctors, Insurance network, dentists, shopping, motor vehcle and, of course, schools.
