A Sleeping Listing...

I have to admit I am perplexed at the lack of activity on this listing. It's so cute and, yes, while on a "postage stamp" lot there's a nice, level side yard and no close neighbors unless you count the raucus Senior apartments complex in the back!

The house is so charming on the outside with a front porch that is a touch stone of the neighborhood and for walkers on the 3 mile Chester loop. A great way to be social without leaving home!

And very elegant while still remaining a country farmhouse on the inside. I love the reading nook off the back bedroom with it's large windows and cozy feel.

This particular shot reminds me of a Vermeer painting. Shout out to David Barnum Photography- Nice work!
