The Gobble

Over the last week I have had two different clients from two vastly different areas predict that there will be a sure of more buyers flocking to Vermont this year. From the West I am hearing that state parks and spots that provided refuge in the past are now over run with visitors and no longer enjoyable. On the East Coast the ever increasing population density and political divide is driving folks farther North. Where do they want to be? You guessed it- Vermont!
