You can make all those memories and more at this 2-bedroom seasonal camp on Lake Champlain. The camp has 130 feet of lakefront and overlooks Giards Bay, with views of the Adirondacks to the west. The main cottage is one giant room with an open floorplan, high ceilings, kitchen, and large windows that face the lake. A veranda connects a separate bunk house and an additional bath house to the main cottage. Access to the lake is a stone's throw from the veranda. Although the cottage has not aged with grace, it is fundamentally sound and ready for an extreme makeover.
